At Islam Store, we want you to receive your order in good condition and be satisfied with your purchase.

🔄 Returns

We accept return requests for products that arrive:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect or different from the product ordered

Return requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

This helps us review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or are returned without their original condition/packaging may not be eligible for return.

Due to the nature of certain products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return.

💰 Refunds

Once your return or issue has been reviewed and approved, we will inform you about the available resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund arrangements may require additional information from the customer.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from us, Islam Store will review the case and advise you regarding the return process.

⚠️ Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.
